Rage Axe offers the services of an indoor axe throwing facility. Here, customers have the opportunity to throw at wooden targets with tomahawk axes, for example. For safety reasons, all participants and visitors to the hall are obliged to follow all safety and order-related instructions from Rage Axe and its agents in order to ensure safe and orderly throwing operations. Participation is only possible for adults and for young people aged 16 and over with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. conclusion of contract:
The binding conclusion of the contract comes about through written order placement and the written order confirmation by Rage Axe or via the online shop/online booking or direct booking on site.

2. subject matter of the contract:
The content of the contract and the respective agreed services result from the individual contract, i.e. from the specific booking and the resulting order placed by the customer. Should third parties also offer services in this context, the respective GTC of the third party shall apply, which shall be made available to the customer by Rage Axe for information prior to conclusion of the contract.

3. insurances:
Liability, accident and any necessary health insurance are not part of the contract and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. liability:
Participation in the services of Rage Axe or the corresponding throwing facilities is at the participant’s own risk. Rage Axe shall be liable exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health which are attributable to a fault (intentional or negligent) of Rage Axe or a legal representative or vicarious agent as well as for gross negligence in causing other damages which are based on a grossly negligent breach of duty by Rage Axe or on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent. In principle, every participant is also liable to third parties for any damage they cause. Each participant must have appropriate liability insurance.

5. withdrawal options:
Cancellation of booked times is only possible in writing and is valid from receipt of the cancellation by Rage Axe.

In the event of withdrawal up to 48 hours before the booking time, a processing fee of … € will be charged. In the event of later withdrawal, the following withdrawal fees apply: Cancellation 24 hours before the booking time 50% of the booked course price, thereafter 100% of the total booked price less expenses saved. The right of withdrawal for consumers remains unaffected.

6. documents provided:
Rage Axe reserves the right of ownership and copyright to all documents provided to the participants in connection with the services of Rage Axe. The statutory provisions shall apply in the event of infringements of these property rights and copyrights.

7. other:
This contract and all legal relationships between the parties are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

8. severability clause:
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or contain a loophole, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Participant declaration and confirmation:

1 I hereby expressly undertake to comply with all safety and order-related instructions of Rage Axe and its vicarious agents in order to ensure safe and orderly throwing operations.

2 I have read the General Terms and Conditions of Rage Axe in advance and accept them as the basis of the contract.

3 I confirm that participation in the services of Rage Axe or the corresponding throwing facilities is at my own risk.

4. if I cause damage during participation, I am liable for this, also towards third parties. If third parties claim damages caused by me against Rage Axe GmbH, I will indemnify Rage Axe GmbH according to the degree of fault.

5 I confirm that I have liability insurance.
